Appellant Georgea Black McKinley, as the owner of E)A Sec. 26, T. 7 S, R. 3 W, brought this action against appellees John H. and Nell E. Hilliard, together with their tenants and contractees, to prevent an alleged encroachment along appellant’s eastern boundary. Appellees, as the owners of WJÍ NWM and NH SWM of Sec. 25, T. 7 S, R. 3 W, defended on the basis that the former owners of the two tracts had recognized and had acquiesced in a painted yellow line surveyed and marked by a former county surveyor, F. M. Quertermous, for appellant’s father and predecessor in title.…
