Tbis is an action instituted in tbe chancery court by appellees against appellant Bledsoe and others to restrain tbe continued breach of a contract and to recover accrued damages for tbe breach thereof.

Tbe facts as disclosed by tbe record are as follows: J. D. Nunn, who was one of tbe defendants below, but who has not appealed from tbe decree, operated a tailoring, cleaning and pressing business in tbe city of Arka-delpbia, and on April 3, 1920, be sold tbe business to F. M. Carpenter, one of tbe appellees. Tbe consideration for tbe sale was tbe payment of the sum of $1,500 in cash. There was…
