Defendant and another man engaged in a fight while waiting in line at a grocery store. During the fight, defendant shot the victim in the leg, which ultimately led to defendant’s conviction for second-degree assault with a firearm, ORS 163.175; ORS 161.610. On appeal, defendant raises three assignments of error; we reject the third without discussion.
