Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Ferradino, J.), entered July 31, 2006 in Albany County, which, among other things, granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to annul a determination of respondent denying petitioner’s Freedom of Information Law request.
