This cause is before the Court on the motion of Paul Brinkmann for summary judgment on his adversary complaint against the debtor, White Farm Equipment Company (“WFE”) and Borg-Warner Acceptance Corporation (“BWAC”), WFE’s principal creditor. Also before the Court is WFE’s motion for summary judgment.
