OPINION

THOMAS L. PERKINS, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter is before the Court on alternative motions by BANK AUSTRIA CRE-DITANSTALT CORPORATE FINANCE, INC. (“BANK AUSTRIA” or “BANK”) to dismiss this Chapter 11 case, to convert it to Chapter 7, or for appointment of a trustee. The Court heard evidence over two days, from nine witnesses, and admitted into evidence twenty-seven documentary exhibits consisting of more than two hundred pages.
