Defendant was charged with first-degree murder. Upon trial of the charge, the jury returned a verdict of guilty of murder in the second degree. From judgment and sentence entered on the verdict, defendant appeals.
Appellant makes some ten assignments of error, which, however, raise but three questions meriting discussion.
