James C. Macbt, residing at Fort Thomas, ICy., was a dealer in building supplies, engaged in business at Newport and Erlanger, Ky., under tbe name of tbe Newport. Coal Company. He began business in 1906 and continued until tbe first part of tbe year 1931. He carried accounts with the Central Savings Bank, Er-langer Bank, Florence Bank, Burlington Bank, Newport National Bank, and other banks in that section.
