This is an appeal from a seven day suspension of a restaurant liquor license by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board for the sale of liquor between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. by appellant on March 5, 1983, in violation of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code, Act of April 12, 1951, P.L. 90 as amended, 47P.S. §1-101 etseq.
