This is an interpleader case wherein by order of court and the agreement of the parties, Oren E. Cleveland, trustee for Gretchen Cleveland, is plaintiff in the inter-pleader issue, and the Butler Savings and Trust Company, Guardian of the Estate of Gretchen A. Bayer, a minor, is defendant.
