Appellee J. V. McCarthy filed a petition in the chancery court of Independence County to confirm his title to a 160 acre tract of land in that county. Appellant Mrs. Langless intervened in the case, and was made a party thereto’, and the cause was transferred to-the circuit court, where there was a trial before a jury. At the conclusion of the testimony the court directed the jury to return, a verdict in favor of appellee, and this was done.
