Plaintiff sues to recover a loss alleged to have resulted from a failure by the defendant trust company to exercise ordinary care in the collection of a check. Passing other points raised by the appellant we shall consider only the assignment of error which goes to the propriety of a ruling by the trial court granting defendant’s motion for a nonsuit and dismissal of the complaint at the close of plaintiff’s evidence.
