This court, acting ex mero motu, issued an order dated April 19, 2001, withdrawing its opinion of February 9, 2001. The following opinion is substituted in place of that withdrawn opinion:

Rhonda Libb Mackey (“the mother”) and Melvin R. Mackey (“the father”) were divorced in 1994. The mother was awarded custody of the parties’ two children, and the father was given certain visitation rights.
