Plaintiffs B & B Entertainment Inc. and Thomas George are the owner and operator of an “adult cabaret” business (the “Foxhole”) in Coshocton County, Ohio. (Compl. ¶ 15; Pls.’ Mem. 2.) Plaintiffs bring this case against Pastor William R. Dunfee, New Beginnings Ministries, Jeff Cline, Jackie L. Large, Jimmie Dale Couch, and Jason D.
