This action is before the court on a motion for relief from judgment filed by plaintiff, Rismed Oncology Systems, Inc., pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 60(b)(3) and 60(b)(6).1 Plaintiff commenced this action on February 14, 2013, asserting claims against: Daniel Esgardo Rangel-Baron, a citizen of Venezuela; Isabel Rangel-Baron, also a citizen of Venezuela; Rismed Dialysis Systems, C.A., a Venezuelan corporation; Rismed Dialysis Systems, Corp.
