Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered June 10, 1976, convicting him of robbery in the third degree, upon a plea of guilty, and sentencing him to an indetermi*869nate term of imprisonment with a maximum of three years. Judgment modified, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, by reducing defendant’s sentence to a conditional discharge, the period of which shall be reduced by any time spent in jail plus the period from March 21, 1977 to November 7, 1979.
