The plaintiff, Richard Audette (plaintiff or Audette), appeals from the dismissal of his claitris for negligence and breach of fiduciary duty against the defendant, David J. Correira, an attorney (defendant or Correira). This matter came before the Supreme Court on November 4, 2015; pursuant to an order directing the párties to appear 'and show cause why the issues raised should riot be summarily decided. After hearing the arguments of counsel and reviewing the memoranda submitted on behalf of the parties, we are satisfied that cause has not been shown.…
