1. Master and Servant : negligence of master : contributory negligence : jury questions. I. Defendant, as a part of his manufacturing business, maintained a brass foundry, which consisted of something like twenty melting pots made of graphite, each having its own furnace, and so constructed that1 they were operated independently of each other. The pots were so constructed that the tops were from C to 12 inches beloAV the floor of the shop, and each rested upon a bed of coals, and coal was also packed around them.
