— Plaintiff, appellee in this court, is the owner of the north 51 acres of the south half and the west 38 acres of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 5, Township 77, Range 23, Warren County. The defendants are respectively the boards of supervisors and county auditors of Polk and Warren Counties, the county treasurer of Warren County, the state highway commission, and the Wright Construction Company.
