In an action, inter alia, to recover possession of real property and to eject a holdover tenant therefrom, the plaintiff appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Shaw, Jr., J.), dated July 19, 1989, as denied its motion for partial summary judgment.

Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, with costs payable by the respondents Zimmerman and Ziola, the plaintiff’s motion for partial summary judgment is granted, possession of the subject premises is awarded to the plaintiff, and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Kings County,…
