Defendants-Appellants Windsor Plumbing Supply (“Windsor”), Windsor World, Inc. (“Windsor World”), Sholam Weiss, Moshe Weiss, Hersch Lipszyc, and Holle-ville et Duverger U.S.A. (“HED-US”) (collectively, the “Windsor Defendants”) appeal from a judgment, entered in the Eastern District of New York (Sterling Johnson, Judge) following a three week bench trial.
