Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Dier, J.), entered April 15, 1994 in Washington County, which, inter alia, granted plaintiffs motion for partial summary judgment on the issue of title to an abandoned railroad bed traversing the property of defendants.

This litigation involves the ownership of seven parcels of real property located in the Town of Granville, Washington County, upon which lies an abandoned railroad bed.
