JOHNSON, Presiding Judge.

Pursuant to a jury trial, Malcom Freeman was convicted of aggravated child molestation. In this appeal, he challenges the admission of certain evidence, the jury charge and the effectiveness of his trial counsel. The challenges are without merit, and we therefore affirm the conviction.

Freeman was indicted in Paulding County on one count of aggravated child molestation by committing an act of sodomy upon his daughter when she was under the age of 16. The indictment charged Freeman with having placed his mouth on the child’s vagina some time between December 26, 1999,…
