Appellants were indicted, tried and convicted of the unlawful possession of intoxicating liquors. None of the assignments of error has any merit, but we will respond to that which is directed to the refusal by the trial court to give the following instruction on behalf of the defendants: “The court instructs the jury for the defendant that under the law this defendant is presumed to be absolutely and entirely innocent of the crime charged and every evil intent and guilty mind necessary to constitute said crime; that this presumption is not a mere idle form or ceremony, but a substantial right…
