This is the second round in a controversy involving the opening of a street in Blue Ridge Acres subdivision near Lexington as a connecting link with the adjoining Dreamland subdivision. The first round was won by the property owners of Blue Ridge, who objected to the extension of South Ridge Drive in that subdivision to the same named street in Dreamland. McLean v. Thurman, Ky., 273 S.W.2d 825.
