This cause is before the court on a petition for writ of certiorari of Southern Gulf Utilities, Inc., a water and sewer utility, directed to two orders entered by the Metropolitan Dade County Water and Sewer Board. The orders are order no. 64-5 entitled Order on Rate Hearing dated January 14, 1964 and order no. 64-14 entitled Order on Petition for Rehearing dated February 19, 1964.
