Plaintiff in error brought an action against defendants in error under the Injuries Act to recover pecu- . niary damages to the next of kin of Carl Basimas, Jr., deceased, on account of a collision of two of defendants’ cars resulting in Ms death. At the close of plaintiff’s evidence there was a directed verdict for defendants, thus presenting the question whether the evidence had any reasonable tendency to support the declaration.
