Myrick, J.:
The deceased died August 16th, 1877, aged about seventy years. The proponent Werner offered for probate, as the last will and testament of deceased, three documents, one styled a will, dated July 30th, 1869, and two codicils, dated respectively May 19th, 1873, and August 15th, 1877. The codicils referred to confirmed and ratified the will, except as to changes made therein.
