This is an appeal from a decision of: the board of United Htai.es general appraisers at New York. On June 14, 1.898, Wieland Bros., of the city and county of Han Francisco, filed their petition and application for a review of the questions of law and fact involved in the decision of the board of general appraisers in the matter of the classification of certain importations of fish.
