— On Juné 7, 1951, defendants executed two instruments, one conveying by warranty deed to plaintiffs Lots 113, 120 and 121 in Linehan Park Addition in Dubuque Township, in Dubuque County, Iowa, on’which there were two buildings ; the other instrument was a bill of sale conveying to plaintiffs certain described personal property used in the operation of a motor vehicle service station, garage, restaurant, and lodging rooms by defendants on said property.
