Gallagher v. Perot

This is an action in equity to compel the defendants to yield up to the plaintiff one-twelfth of the issued stock of the Hastings Homes Company and account for the earnings thereon. It also seeks to require defendants to deliver to the plaintiff one-quarter of the issued stock of the Hastings Homes Company and account for dividends thereon.
