MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
KANE, Senior District Judge.
In this bankruptcy appeal, I am asked to unscramble an omelet. Intercontinental Enterprises, Inc. challenges the bankruptcy court’s ruling, entered September 6, 1990, denying its objection to the retention of Glenn E. Keller, Jr. as Trustee for Blinder, Robinson & Company, Inc. and the law firm of Davis, Graham & Stubbs as his counsel.
