Respondent-father appeals from a permanency planning order which, inter alia , establishes guardianships for his minor children "Donny," "Jill," and "John"1 (collectively, "the children"). We affirm.

I. Factual Background

Wake County Human Services ("WCHS") filed juvenile petitions on 10 May 2016 alleging nine-year-old Donny, ten-year-old Jill, and thirteen-year-old John were neglected and dependent.
