The defendant Dorothy A. Smulley, 1 a unit owner in the Oronoque Shores condominium complex in Stratford, appeals from the judgment of the trial court foreclosing a lien for unpaid common charges, unpaid special assessments and attorney’s fees in this action brought by the plaintiff, Oronoque Shores Condominium Association No. 1, Inc. (association).
