Appellant, Simon, filed his bill in the chancery court of Tunica county against appellees Williams brothers (Burch and 3. D. Williams) and J. R. Whisenant to cancel and have surrendered up his purchase-money obligations for certain lands conveyed to him by appellees Williams brothers, known as the Mitch-' ell place, in Tunica county, and to recover back from appellees the sum of twenty-two thousand four hundred fifty dollars, being the purchase money paid by appellant to appellees Williams brothers on said land before the filing of the bill in this cause.
