This cause is here on writ of error to the Court of Civil Appeals for the Eighth Supreme Judicial District. The judgment of the trial court was reformed and affirmed by the said Court of Civil Appeals, and from such judgment said writ of error was prosecuted by both appellants and ap-pellees in said cause.
