Campanelli, J.), dated June 7, 2017, deemed from a judgment of that court entered August 2, 2017 (see CPLR 5512 [a]). The judgment, entered pursuant to the June 7, 2017 decision, after a nonjury trial, awarded plaintiff the principal sum of $6,640.
