Affirming.

This action was instituted by E. A. Patrick and H. Gr. Welch, now appellees, against appellant Eaymond N. Bond and W. C. Daniel, to recover damages for breach of a written contract. Daniel was not gotten before' the court, and the petition against him was dismissed; Bond was summoned but did not answer and the petition was taken as confessed against him. Thereafter the question of damages was submitted to a jury,- which upon evidence *38heard rendered a verdict against Bond for $5,785.00, the full amount prayed in the petition, and from the judgment…
