A. INTRODUCTION

The instant adversary proceeding (“the Proceeding”) was filed by CHRISTINE SHUBERT, TRUSTEE (“the Trustee”), appointed in the individual voluntary Chapter 7 bankruptcy case of HARRY JAY KATZ (“the Debtor”), to attempt to recover, for the estate, certain significant property and property interests which the Debtor failed to disclose on his bankruptcy Schedules and Statement of Financial Affairs (collectively “the Schedules”).
