Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Erie County (M. William Boiler, A.J.), rendered May 14, 2008. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree (two counts) and criminal mischief in the fourth degree.
