delivered the opinion of the Court.. These are cross writs of error to a judgment of the District Court of Idaho in a condemnation case.. The plaintiffs in error are owners of a tract of 120 acres, which was the object of the suit by the United States. The jury rendered a verdict of $6,250.00 for the plaintiffs, and the court added $328.00 as interest at seven per cent., from the date of the issuing of the summons to that of the judgment.
