Plaintiff-appellant Isaac E. Davis, III (Davis) appeals from the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of defendants-appellees Wallace E. Mann, et al. Davis brought suit against the defendants for alleged violations of his First and Fourteenth Amendment rights in connection with his dismissal from the General Practice Residency Program of the University of Mississippi Dental School.
