On July 29,1991, Bruce Allison filed an ex parte motion to change residential custody of the parties’ children from Carol Amick to himself, alleging that the Department of Family Services confirmed that the children had been abused and neglected by Carol. The Eleventh Judicial District Court, Flathead County, granted temporary residential custody to Bruce during the pendency of the instant proceedings.
