Appellant questions the action of the court below in refusing its motions for judgment in its favor notwithstanding the verdicts and for a new trial, and in entering judgments on the verdicts in favor of plaintiffs. We are of the opinion that the court below made proper disposition of appellant’s motions, and that the judgments entered must be affirmed.

The testimony as to the happening of the accident, resulting in injury to minor plaintiff, is sharply conflicting. However, the jury having resolved the conflicts in favor of plaintiffs, we are obliged to view the testimony…
