James A Smith, Cyprian N. and Betty J. Gebhart, collectively Appellants, appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Adams County (trial court) which affirmed the decision of the Zoning Hearing Board of Conewago Township (Board). The Board ordered Smith to cease and desist from operating a skydiving business at an airport owned by the Gebharts, as it was not a use permitted in the Agricultural District.
