The Commonwealth asserts that Keith R. Vick operated his vehicle under the influence of alcohol, Va. Code Ann. § 18.2-266 (Michie 1996), possessed a weapon as a convicted felon, Va. Code Ann. § 18.2-308.2(A) (Michie Supp. 2000), and possessed illegal drugs, Va. Code Ann. § 18.2-250.1 (Michie Supp. 2000). Vick has filed a pretrial motion to suppress, challenging the admissibility of certain incriminating evidence.
