After a jury-waived trial in Boston Municipal Court, the defendant was convicted of violating that portion of an abuse prevention order that required him to "stay away from the plaintiff's residence." On appeal, the defendant argues, among other things, that the evidence was insufficient to support a guilty finding, because there was no evidence that he entered the property on which the residence was located, or otherwise intruded on it.
