Koenig v. Action Target, Inc.

In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendant County of Suffolk appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Jones, Jr., J.), dated January 25, 2010, as granted the plaintiffs motion for leave to amend his complaint to add a cause of action based on General Municipal Law § 205-e predicated upon an alleged violation of Labor Law § 27-a, and denied, as academic, those branches of its cross motion which were for summary judgment dismissing the second, third, and fourth causes of action.
