The Department of Motor Vehicles (“Department”) appeals from the judgment of the superior court granting a writ of mandate which ordered the Department to set aside its decision suspending the driving privileges of plaintiff (respondent) for a period of six months. Respondent is a practicing attorney and represents herself on this appeal.
