-In a proceeding pursuant to article 78 of the CPLR to review respondent’s refusal to provide certain emergency assistance to petitioner and her three children, petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated October 2, 1969, which dismissed the proceeding without prejudice to renewal after exhaustion of petitioner’s administrative remedies. Judgment reversed, on the law, without costs, and proceeding remitted to the Special Term for further proceedings not inconsistent herewith.
